As a certified trainer in San Francisco, I feel that health and fitness bring out the best version of any woman. After being involved in ballet and a variety of athletic activities throughout my life, I wanted to create an alternative to the inconsistent, trendy exercises and fad diets.
Instead, I developed a foundation that myself and other women can follow to feel happier, healthier, and more balanced day-to-day. My personal training services help a variety of women sustain a healthy lifestyle with effective routines.
